Ayah Roots is an Arabic and Qur’an-connected study concept. This draft describes the reviewed Android and iOS test version and must match each distributed platform.

Study information

The app stores course progress, reviews, saved ayah, today’s study and garden actions locally. The reviewed test scope has no account, advertising, analytics, cloud sync or QAMMKO server learner profile.

Microphone and speech

Microphone recording is initiated for a chosen study session. Session recordings remain local and are removed when cleared or when the session exits; they are not exported by the described recording workflow.

System speech may process text using the device’s speech provider and settings. It must not be described as guaranteed offline. Provider privacy practices may apply.

Saved cards, exports and restore

Saving a card requests the relevant photo permission only when you choose that action. Sharing uses the operating system and your selected destination. JSON export and restore are user-directed; restore checks the file and explicitly replaces local data. Destination providers handle copies under their own practices.

Retention and deletion

Local study information remains until you reset or remove it. Confirmed reset removes local progress, not copies saved or shared elsewhere. Delete those copies at their destinations. QAMMKO cannot retrieve a local learner archive from an app server in the described test scope.

Audience

The reviewed concept is a general-audience test, not an approved child-targeted release. Platform target audience and permissions need confirmation before public distribution.

Changes to this policy

Changes to app data handling must be reflected in this policy, the in-app notice and applicable store declarations before the changed release is distributed. The effective date will identify the approved policy version.
